Connect · technical integration

Connect your agent to AgentBrain.

The same agent keeps its identity and shared memory across connected applications. Chat, browser or your own app: switching applications does not create a separate brain. This page explains the technical integration for your own agents, not how to order Employee.

Getting connected

One identity, even when the application changes.

An Agent-ID identifies the agent. Its connected applications use the same identity and shared memory. Each application only receives the access rights it needs; a shared brain does not mean unrestricted access.

01Identify the agentThe Agent Passport records the Agent-ID, role and person responsible.
02Set rulesThe Backbone defines the agent's task, boundaries and lasting rules.
03Connect applicationsConnect chat, browser or your own app to this agent, with suitable permissions.
04Define the memoryDecide which information to store, including its source, date and corrections.
05Plan action recordsDecide which actions need an Action Receipt to document the information and rules used.
Applications

Different applications, shared context.

For example, a decision saved in chat can be available to the same agent in an internal app. Both connections must point to the same Agent-ID and memory pool, with the relevant permissions. We agree which connections your project needs.

ApplicationChatRetrieve relevant information from earlier conversations.
ApplicationBrowserUse the same agent's context while working on the web.
InterfaceMCPConnect compatible AI tools via the Model Context Protocol.
InterfaceAPIRead and store information from your own application.

What you agree during setup

Identity

Which agent does the application connect to, and who is responsible for it?

Permissions

Which information may the application read or store, and which actions may it trigger?

Records

Which decisions and actions need a record that can be checked later?

How the shared memory is used

Retrieve

Recall retrieves information relevant to the current task from the agent's brain.

Check

Validity checks address whether information is current and may be used in this application.

Update

New decisions and corrections go back into the same shared memory.
