Website requests

We process the submitted name if provided, organisation, email, platform, selected path, selected service, problem category, meeting format, task description, language, page and campaign parameters to assess and answer the request and prevent abuse. Technical hosting logs can include IP address, browser and request time. Do not submit confidential case data.

Processors and retention

The site is hosted by Vercel; transactional email is sent through Resend. Their infrastructure can process data outside Switzerland. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed for the request, legal duties and abuse prevention, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing. Product data processing is agreed separately before onboarding.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics in restricted measurement mode to understand page views, language changes, calls to action and confirmed form submissions. Advertising and personalisation signals are disabled. Names, email addresses and task descriptions are never sent to analytics.
