Beta terms

Scope

These public notes describe the intended framework for a controlled Basic beta. A binding agreement is created only through a separate written offer accepted by both parties.

Prices and availability

Prices exclude VAT. Basic PLUS is a one-time setup service, not the Basic subscription price. Founder terms and availability are confirmed in writing. A form submission reserves no place.

Beta limits

Beta software can contain errors and change. Customers review outputs and remain responsible for decisions. No public Windows release or automatic PDF import is promised. Signed agreements govern support, liability, termination, confidentiality and data processing.
